We, under our Service Guarantee, will keep you informed through every stage of the sales process. Calls to lenders will be documented and reported with updates via Email at regular intervals.
Our pay runs are daily so you don’t have to wait until the end of the month to be paid. We endeavour to pay you within 2 working days of receipt of a proc fee.
Our scanning and client management software system is fully auditable and legally admissible. This means, that if required, you can show date stamped verification of documents received.
Valuations can be instructed immediately, and if for some reason needs to be transferred to another company on our panel, then only a rewrite fee is levied saving your client money and time.
After completion, you will receive a disk by recorded post with all the paperwork regarding the case. We will also keep a copy. You can use your disk as a back up to your original file (best practice is to have a copy of all your files in case one is damaged or destroyed). If you wish, you can send us the whole file to be saved to disk; this can release valuable space in your home / office.
We will give whatever support we can to your Compliance Officer in order to adhere to FSA regulations. We are also able to certify on your behalf - so if your customer is not local they can send us that missing payslip and save you an unnecessary journey.
Packaging Plus is NOT a mortgage broker. We do not sell mortgages or contact any of your clients for cross selling purposes. We are covered by the Data Protection Act and behave accordingly.
