New Packager Enters Marketplace at Time of Upheaval.

Richard Suchorzewski Managing Director and owner of newly formed Packaging Plus Ltd says that he has entered the marketplace at a time of turmoil because he knows what brokers really want is a standard of service far in excess of what they are already receiving, faster delivery and quicker payment of proc fees.

Richard Says, I was one of the ‘gang of 5’ who set up Express Mortgage Management in 1988/89 (later integrated with its then parent TSB Group Plc) which provided mortgage packaging services for the Broker market. The growth was phenomenal. Why? Because we offered the speed of service and quality of packaging that other packagers failed to offer.”

Well, said Richard, I plan to do it again. With a low cost base just outside Cardiff in South Wales, Richard has invested many tens of thousands of pounds on a new IT document scanning and imaging system. With trained , experienced staff and 25 years financial services/business experience he claims that Packaging Plus will offer brokers the service they require particularly during this market turmoil.  He says “ whilst I believe, we can offer a higher standard of service than our competitors (with a staff ratio of 1 member per 30 cases as opposed to the traditional 1 member per 100 cases per month), we can also offer our brokers the unique feature of their customers applications being scanned and returned to them on a CD. For larger firms this saves them many thousands of pounds per annum on storage costs, whilst assisting them to be compliant by storing additional files offsite. For the individual broker this saves them cluttering up their homes with unnecessary files and documents with rapid retrieval available on their laptops/computers.
In addition, our financial system has been designed, in conjunction with Mortgage Times to ensure brokers are generally paid within 5 working days of mortgage completion, if not sooner. There will be no delaying payments until the end of the month said Richard, we will pay our Brokers when we receive the money, even if that means them receiving 5 payments in a week. In this environment cashflow is king and we will do our utmost to ensure that our brokers cashflow is positively affected as a result of their relationship with us.
